Cora Howe is a highly specialized school serving students in grades K-12 from the entire Metro Nashville School district. Students must be assigned here through an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meeting.
Cora Howe students are certified with a variety of disabilities including, but not limited to: autism, emotional disturbance, learning disabilities, speech and/or language impairment, intellectual disability, and traumatic brain injury.

Our scholars made remarkable strides in a national assessment test they took last fall and then again in the spring. The kindergarten overall scores were phenomenal: Reading was in the 84th percentile in the country and math in the 96th.
